15-YEAR WARRANTY
Milltech Epoxy Floors are engineered to resist chipping, peeling, separation, delamination, flaking, and bubbling when installed on properly prepared vertical or horizontal surfaces, both indoors and outdoors, for a guaranteed period of 15 years. Additionally, by incorporating a 100% solid moisture vapor barrier, our floors are fully protected against moisture transmission—one of the primary causes of resinous floor failures.

A Milltech Garage Solutions representative will assess any failed areas to determine the cause and mode of failure before proceeding with repairs.

Please note, all surfaces can become slippery, particularly when wet or exposed to fluids. Milltech Garage Solutions and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries resulting from slips or falls. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the safety of themselves and their guests. While slip-resistant additives can help reduce the risk of slips, no guarantee can be made that slips won’t occur on coated surfaces. Milltech Garage Solutions assumes no liability for slip-and-fall accidents.

​Additionally, a Milltech Epoxy Floor acts as an impermeable membrane and will not absorb water. Therefore, Milltech Garage Solutions is not responsible for any pooling of water that may occur post-installation.
Limitations and Conditions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, alterations, animal chewing or clawing, cutting, chipping, fire, corrosive liquids, extreme heat (over 250°F), smoke, iron oxide penetration, sub-surface contaminants, or deficient concrete.
Cracking and Separation: Concrete slabs naturally move with the sub-base over time, which can lead to cracks and separations. As part of this warranty, Milltech Garage Solutions will address any cracking or separation within the first 15 years. Any cracks or separations that occur beyond this period will be the responsibility of the purchaser and subject to a minimum repair charge.
